Applicability

If you want to buy something from us, you must agree to these terms and conditions. Products that have been specially ordered, made or modified for you cannot simply be returned or exchanged

The offer

You can view our products in our showroom / workshop and a number of them are described on our website. Orders, in writing, verbally or via the webshop are confirmed by e-mail.

The price

All prices quoted include 21% VAT.

Warranty

We adhere to the statutory warranty period, but will make reasonable efforts to keep our bicycles running afterwards.

Delivery and performance

The goal is to keep our supplied bicycles running. We will keep spare parts in stock as well as possible and send them as soon as possible. If an ordered item has a delivery time, we will discuss this and if delayed delivery does not fit, the order can be canceled free of charge.

Payment

In principle, orders must be paid on delivery or in advance. In consultation, delivery can also be made to existing customers on account.
