Intercity bike was founded in 2014 by Ymte Sijbrandij. Ymte has been working professionally with velomobiles since 1995, first at Flevobike with the Alleweder and the C-Alleweder, later at Velomobiel.nl with the Quest, Mango and Strada and now together with mechanic Peter Haan at Intercity bike.

We sell our own Velomobiles, the DF, DF-XL designed by Daniel Fenn and the Tuna developed together with Peter Haan and Sascha Knoop. We are also Dealer of the Buelk, A9 and Milan velomobiles. In these bicycles can (by appointment) be made a non-binding test ride.

We are happy to sell a new (or used) velomobile, but we think it is at least as important that these bicycles continue to drive, so we have a workshop for all possible maintenance and repair jobs and we can also send all necessary parts by post.
