De banden die standaard op de voorwielen van de Tuna geleverd worden zijn nu door Wim Schermer op rolweerstand getest
Eigenlijk wist ik het al na 10.000 km in mijn Tuna afgelegd te hebben, de 16" 349 banden geven niet merkbaar meer rolweerstand dan vergelijkbare 20"406 banden.
Maar meten is weten, daarom hebben we een setje wielen met Continental Urban contact banden opgestuurd naar Wim Schermer die al lange tijd met zijn pendelmethode rolweerstand metingen aan fietsbanden doet.

In de maat 16"349 is nog veel meer keuze, zoals de Schwalbe Kojak, Marathon+ en One, verder nog de banden van Brompton zelf en ook de Schorchers. Wie weet heeft Wim ook nog tijd en zin om deze banden een keer op zijn Pendel te leggen.
